Run by the Beranger family for more than 200 years, the estate covers four hectares in the commune of Soultré.
Vineyard
The Beranger vineyards lie at an altitude of 250 metres above sea level, and have a clayey-chalky soil.
Winery
A cool fermentation at 18-20°C was followed by a complete malolactic fermentation. Ten percent of the wine had some oak-ageing.
