s benefit from Mediterranean sunshine combined with cooling breezes that help preserve aromatics. Soils are largely clay-limestone with gravelly pockets—ideal for Viognier, which thrives in warm climates but needs drainage and night-time cooling to retain balance. Sustainable viticulture, careful canopy management and controlled yields contribute to fruit concentration and aromatic purity.
Winery
Grapes are harvested in the cooler hours of the day, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve aromatic brightness. Some lees contact may be used to build texture, while oak is avoided to keep the wine fresh and fruit-led. The final result is a lively, aromatic Viognier with soft, rounded flavours.
