Our grass fed, ethically reared, 100% British farmed meat, sourced from a handful of carefully selected farms who are accustomed to supplying the highest quality meat & poultry to the best Michelin Star restaurants in the United Kingdom. Our fresh fish, which can be prepared however you wish is from Brixham Market in Devon is caught by a mixture of local day boats and larger beam trawlers and prepared by fishmongers who care about their craft. The specialist fruit and vegetables brought in from Italy have to be tasted to be believed. We care about the flavour and provenance of our ingredients, and it shows in the taste.
We at the Artisan Food Hall, teamed up with chef Spencer Westcott, formally of The Ritz restaurant in London, who has worked at some of the greatest UK restaurants in his 30-year career. He helps to ensure that the products we carefully source for the food hall from independent boutique producers, are always of the highest quality, guaranteed. Our food hall items consisting of British meat, fish, and delicatessen products, along with Italian fruit and vegetables, are now all shipped together twice weekly, direct to your door.

Traditional breed of the domestic pig that is native to the Iberian Peninsula. This traditional breed exhibits a good appetite and propensity to obesity, including a great capacity to accumulate intramuscular and epidermal fat. The high intramuscular fat is what produces the typical marbling; this, together with traditional feeding based on acorns, is what makes its ham taste so special.
