Vineyard
Vines grow on rolling hills between 400 and 900 metres above sea level, with soils rich in limestone and clay. This altitude and soil combination preserves acidity and aromatic lift in native varieties such as Catarratto, Grecanico and Inzolia, which form the backbone of Regaleali Bianco.
Winery
Grapes are harvested in stages to capture a range of ripeness levels, adding complexity to the final blend. Fermentation in stainless steel emphasises freshness, while brief lees ageing enhances texture and harmony without sacrificing brightness.
