Produced by Castro y Gonzalez of Guijeuelo in the Dehesa, Salchichon Bellota is produced from carefully raised Iberico pigs that are fed a natural diet of fallen acorns, woodland grasses, and mushrooms. This contributes to giving Salchichon Bellota its milder flavour profile when compared to Picante Chorizos and its sweet, soft, and delicate texture.
