An ideal cut for slow cooked roasts, the rib section of the animal is expertly boned and rolled for easy carving, making it perfect for tasty roasts. Featuring three equal joints, this cut is embraced by our customers, wanting to make exciting and sensational meals. To enhance the flavour of our Rib of Beef, we add a 10 mm thick layer of basting fat on top of any lean surface on the joint.
