Vineyard
The vineyards lie on steep hillsides of Valdobbiadene, a DOCG region prized for its unique microclimate and mineral-rich soils. The combination of altitude, sunshine, and cooling breezes ensures grapes with intense aroma and naturally high acidity.
Winery
Grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures to preserve aromatics, followed by secondary fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method, resulting in fine bubbles, freshness, and pure varietal expression.
