Domaine of the Bee is a small artisanal winery in Roussillon, founded by Justin Howard-Sneyd MW.
Grenache vines are old and low-yielding, planted on schist slopes that deliver intensity and mineral character.
The wines are handmade in small batches with minimal intervention, native yeasts and sensitive oak use, resulting in expressive, fruit-forward wines that highlight Roussillon’s rugged terroir.
