With a wealth of experience in luxury and Michelin-star dining, Preet Tandi is a multi-talented chef who believes strongly in the importance of experimenting and designing flavourful, delicious dishes. He draws his inspiration from across cultural borders, creating his own contemporary food style. Throughout his career, Preet has worked with a number of highly-regarded restaurants and clients, even once cooking for the British Royal Family with the Asian Trust. He has also worked with Radisson Edwardian in the launch of Italian and Peruvian-inspired concept restaurant Monmouth Kitchen. From here, Preet went on to oversee the restaurant’s sister branch, Mayfair Kitchen at esteemed The Mayfair Hotel, as well as Leicester Square Kitchen at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire hotel. His portfolio includes also 9 other highly-regarded kitchens across London and Manchester.

Continuing his passion for ethnic and fusion cuisines, Preet has previously worked as a Senior Chef at renowned Japanese restaurant Nobu London, as well as fulfilling the role of Executive Head Chef at fine-dining eatery Madhu’s Heathrow; but the chef’s celebrated accolades do not stop here. Preet has also cooked for a number of private, high-end functions, such as celebrity destination weddings, whose impressive list of locations includes the Fairmont Montreux Palace in Switzerland, London’s Hilton Park Lane, and the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul.
