Vineyard
Prestige is sourced from vineyards featuring schist, limestone and sandstone soils across the coastal hills of Provence. Low-yielding Grenache and Cinsault dominate, supported by Syrah and Rolle for aromatic complexity. Elevated vineyard sites allow cooling breezes to moderate the Mediterranean heat, preserving acidity and perfume.
Winery
Grapes are hand-picked early in the morning and pressed with minimal skin contact. Fermentation in stainless steel showcases purity and freshness, while short lees ageing adds subtle roundness.
