Toar is sourced from hillside vineyards in the Valpolicella Classica zone, where basalt-rich soils add spice, structure and complexity to the local grape varieties.
Winery
The wine is traditionally crafted with a portion of semi-dried grapes to increase concentration. It is then matured in oak barrels, which contribute subtle spice and further refinement.
