Vineyard
The vineyards are planted around Sovana on tufa and volcanic soils, which provide excellent drainage, natural concentration and a distinctive mineral edge to the wines.
Winery
Grapes are carefully selected and fermented in stainless-steel tanks, followed by ageing in French oak barrels. This approach enhances structure and complexity while preserving fruit intensity and regional character.
