Description

Clos Sozy Foie Entier is a whole duck foie gras — Entier 130g — from the south-west of France. Hand-seasoned in the Gramat workshop, this preserved whole lobe has a silky, melting texture and a clean, rich flavour. The ideal single-occasion size for two. Certified IGP Sud-Ouest.

About Clos Saint Sozy & La Quercynoise

Clos Saint Sozy is the consumer brand of La Quercynoise, a producers’ cooperative established in Gramat, in the Lot department of south-west France, since 1975. With over 182 duck farmers committed to sustainable, GMO-free, 100% plant-based feeding and free access to grass pasture, every bird is raised and processed within the region under the strict rules of the IGP Sud-Ouest — France’s Protected Geographical Indication for South West duck products. The cooperative holds IFS Food and ISO 9001 certifications and has won over 45 medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, the most prestigious food awards in France.

Every foie gras is finely deveined and hand-seasoned in the workshop at Gramat in the Lot. The ducks are fed on south-west French maize and are never given colourings, artificial flavourings or unnecessary additives — just the finest traditional ingredients and the expertise of a cooperative that has been perfecting its craft for over fifty years.
