Producer
:
Founded in 1857 by Jesuit monks, Château Ksara is Lebanon’s oldest winery and a pioneer of quality viticulture in the Bekaa Valley, now producing a wide range of acclaimed wines.
Vineyard
High-altitude vineyards (around 900–1,000 metres above sea level) in the Bekaa Valley benefit from hot days, cool nights and dry conditions, ideal for ripening grapes while maintaining freshness.
Winery
Grapes are fermented in stainless-steel tanks with careful temperature control, followed by maturation in a mix of oak and concrete, building complexity and integrating the wine’s spicy, savoury character.
