Producer
This venerable property dates back to 1736 and is today in the hands of the Marmonnier family, descendants of the original owners.
Vineyard
The grapes come from forty-five to fifty year-old vines planted in the revered Corcelette lieu-dit, located to the north-west of the village of Morgon. The vineyard is south-facing and planted on granite and schist soils, and is farmed according to the principles of lutte raisonnée.
Winery
The must underwent a temperature controlled fermentation at 25-30ºC, with a maceration period of eight to ten days. The wine then underwent full malolactic fermentation and was bottled unoaked.
