Black Garlic Bulbs, Head

The Artisan Food Company is proud to offer Black Garlic Bulbs that are full of flavour and slightly sweet with a hint of balsamic. They have a dark purple-black colour and a soft texture that releases a little sticky residue. The head of the bulb is approximately 1.5-2cm in size, with a lightly wrinkled exterior and bulb clusters sectioned off into separate cloves. The inside is a creamy, tan-yellow colour, with a juicy and soft texture, making it a perfect addition to any culinary feast.
