The estate is committed to sustainability and the preservation of native grape varieties, making it a leader in modern Apulian winemaking.
About the Vineyard
rmaresca operates two main estates in Apulia (Puglia), a region known for its rich viticultural history and Mediterranean climate:
Bocca di Lupo Estate (Castel del Monte DOC): Located in northern Apulia, this estate focuses on indigenous varieties like Aglianico and Nero di Troia. The limestone-rich soils and high-altitude vineyards contribute to wines with structure and elegance.
Masseria Maìme Estate (Salento IGT): Situated in Salento, this coastal vineyard benefits from a warm climate and cooling sea breezes, which help develop rich and expressive wines, particularly from Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Fiano grapes.
Tormaresca’s vineyards are cultivated with sustainable practices, ensuring that their wines express both authenticity and environmental consciousness.
