rmaresca operates two main estates in Apulia (Puglia), a region known for its rich viticultural history and Mediterranean climate:

Bocca di Lupo Estate (Castel del Monte DOC): Located in northern Apulia, this estate focuses on indigenous varieties like Aglianico and Nero di Troia. The limestone-rich soils and high-altitude vineyards contribute to wines with structure and elegance.

Masseria Maìme Estate (Salento IGT): Situated in Salento, this coastal vineyard benefits from a warm climate and cooling sea breezes, which help develop rich and expressive wines, particularly from Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Fiano grapes.
