The grapes are sourced from calcareous marl slopes around Barolo and nearby villages, where altitude and exposure create Nebbiolo of great aromatic complexity and structure.
Winery
Fermentation involves extended maceration on the skins to extract colour and tannin, followed by maturation in large oak casks that soften the structure while preserving purity and typicity.
