Oyster Knife with Guard

The blade of this Oyster Knife is hardened, polished and sharpened on one side of the blade. It consists of a full-length blade with the handles made of fibre glass reinforced polyamide and riveted in place. This utensil is stainless and dishwasher-safe. Made in Solingen/Germany.
