Produced by the family-owned Minus 8 vineyard in Niagara, Canada, the Concord8 vinegar is made with the finest grapes from the vineyard’s 200-year-old Concord grape vines. Rich and mellow in flavour, this vinegar is made in small batches and aged in oak barrels for 18 months for a smooth, full-bodied taste and deep red colour.
