Vineyard
The vines grow on a mix of limestone and clay soils that bring both ripeness and freshness, while older parcels contribute concentration and complexity.
Winery
Each parcel is vinified separately to capture its character. Fermentation is followed by maturation in French oak barrels, adding texture, spice and harmony to the final blend.
