Producer
The owners of the Domaine Les Chenevières have lived and worked as winegrowers in the area for a long time. The domaine itself has been passed down from father to son for at least five generations.
Vineyard
The vineyard covers twenty-seven hectares and lies at an altitude of 250 metres. The soil is clay and limestone.
Winery
Fermentation was kept at low temperatures of 18-20°C. All the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged in stainless steel tanks.
