Producer
Château Monteils is located in the village of Preignac, part of the Sauternes appellation. It has been owned by the Fiton family since 1861.
Vineyard
The vineyard area covers twelve hectares and the average age of the vines is thirty years.
Winery
Fermentation is carried out in small stainless steel vats, followed by eighteen months maturation in a mixture of concrete vats and new oak barrels.
