Vineyard
Catarratto for Antisa is grown at higher elevations on the Regaleali estate, where limestone-rich soils and cool nights preserve acidity and aromatic finesse. These conditions are ideal for producing a crisp, mineral-driven white wine.
Winery
Grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks locks in freshness, while a short period on the fine lees builds subtle texture and complexity without overshadowing the grape’s natural purity.
