Vineyard
The Occhetti vineyard features predominantly sandy soils which naturally soften Nebbiolo’s firm tannins, while enhancing its floral and red-fruit aromatics. The cooler Roero microclimate contributes to elegance and freshness.
Winery
Grapes are fermented in stainless steel with careful temperature control, followed by maturation in large oak casks. This combination preserves aromatic precision while providing a gentle framework of structure and complexity.
