O-Med is a small olive mill based in Ácula (Granada) Spain, their olives are harvested very early, which brings a rich complex flavours and aromas. O-Med products are used by the most highly regarded chefs in Spain and now throughout Europe.
This Picul extra virgin olive oil has a very intense fruitiness of green olives to the smell with stands out with notes of tomato, and green fruits such as bananas and apples, even herbs such as rosemary. Tastes like artichoke, olive leaf, nuts and an intense flavor of green walnut. A very balanced Extra Virgin with an exquisite complexity. Good with cold meats, tomato salad and baking mixtures.
