Delivery & Shipping Information
All orders are picked and packed from our state of the art facility in Somerset. We have a team of pickers and packers who ensure that all orders are picked correctly and packaged to ensure all fresh and ambient products are securely packaged to avoid breakages and ensure that all orders arrive fresh.
Our Artisan Food Hall products which includes meat, fish, delicatessen products, fruit and vegetables will all be delivered together, except fish which is delivered in a separate box to avoid any cross contamination or smell onto other products. You will only pay for 1 delivery if your order is under £75.00 and free when your order is over £75.00
We deliver food, wine and kitchen products separately, so separate delivery charges will apply (see below)
Minimum Order Values
As we specialise in high quality and rare produce we do need to put in place a minimum order value to make the operation cost effective. We have kept this to a very low level as we know people often want a few specialist ingredients for a recipe.
Our fish is of the highest quality, its supplied to many of the countries top restaurants and hotels. We ship fish separately to avoid any contamination and we have a separate minimum order just for fish.

Delivery Notifications
You will be sent an email from the customer service department giving you the day your order will be delivered. Once we have prepared the order for shipping you will receive an email giving you the tracking number. You will then receive a text and email from the courier advising that they have your parcel and finally you will be texted on the day of delivery giving your the 1 hour delivery slot.
