Delica Squash 1.5kg is a 1.5kg Delica squash – the small, flat-bottomed Italian pumpkin celebrated for its intensely sweet, dry and nutty flesh. Delica is the variety most commonly used in the classic filling for tortelli di zucca, the pumpkin pasta of Mantua. As a result, it has a flavour far more concentrated than standard butternut squash.
