A European larder

At this size the hamper stops being a selection and becomes a larder. Clos Saint Sozy foie gras and country terrine from the Lot, soft French cheeses beside the Parmigiano and the Manchego, S. Savino charcuterie from Italy, La Cerqua truffle from Umbria, Hedene honey, and Ecoleus organic olive oil pressed in Rioja.

Four countries, one table

We import most of what is in this hamper ourselves, direct from the producers: Charles Antona in Corsica, Clos Saint Sozy in the Lot, Hedene honey, Acetaia Castelli in Modena, Cirulli and D’Olia olive oil, La Cerqua truffles in Umbria, Donna Itriya pasta in Puglia, Conservas Virto in Navarra and Ecoleus in Rioja. Packing and delivery

Serving suggestion

Bring the cheese out of the fridge half an hour before you serve it and cut it open rather than slicing it thin. Fan the cured meat on a board. Leave the conservas in their tins, which is how they are eaten across southern Europe. Keep the sweet things apart from the cheese, except the quince paste, which belongs with it.
