This delicious T-bone steak derives from the famous Frisona breed, which is the most common breed in the world. This cut is made up of Ribeye, Sirloin and Tenderloin which makes it a particularly high-quality cut. It has been dry aged for a minimum of 20 days and is incredibly tender and flavoursome.
