Camembert is a soft ripened cheese made in Piedmont, in the Alta Langa region. Made with 3 different pasteurised milks(cow, sheep, goat’s) and it is aged for 2 weeks. Its complex taste with hay notes and creamy texture make it the perfect cheese to be spread on rustic bread.
