Each of our Frisona breed cuts is dry-aged for a minimum of 20 days, resulting in a flavour that is densely concentrated. The increased fat content provides this cut with an unrivalled texture and flavour.  With a well-balanced blend of both surface and interior fat, this bone-in Ribeye is the ideal cooking steak. During the cooking process, grilling on the bone intensifies the flavours.
