Producer
Charles Dupuy’s wine is produced by Fournier, a house dating back several generations and located in the commune of Chaudoux, in the renowned Sancerre village of Verdigny.
Vineyard
This wine comes from twenty hectares of fifteen to twenty-year-old vines planted variously on clay, limestone and flinty soils.
Winery
The must was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 16-20ºC for three weeks. It matured on fine lees, with no malolactic taking place.
