Our Black Truffle Juice is sourced from the renowned truffle supplier, Plantin, based in France in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. They have been harvesting and selling truffles for nearly 100 years and began production of more inventive truffle products in 1986. The famous black truffle used in many products is sourced from the Drôme and Vaucluse areas of France, and Plantin truffles are used throughout the world by famous chefs.

Our Black Truffle Juice is made from the finest black truffles sourced from trusted suppliers. It has a rich, earthy flavour that is perfect for enhancing the taste of any dish. Use it to add depth and complexity to your sauces, marinades, and dressings, or simply drizzle it over your favourite dishes for a burst of flavour.

Truffle juice is extracted from the truffles when they are first cooked. Fresh truffles lose 15-20% of their weight in juice, and all the truffle aromas can be found in this slightly salty nectar.
