The sliced Iberico Ham is the best cut of the shoulder which is selected exclusively from the renowned black Iberico pigs. They have fattened up on acorns on the Dehesa of Extremadura for around 10-12 weeks, and are sliced to perfection. It has a long and complex finish, with sweet and nutty aromas.
